Sunday school time usually lasts about 40/50 minutes. Class time is usually segmented between 3 main things, free playtime, lesson/craft time and snack time, over the next few weeks we are going to try and see if we can get it more or less to be as follows:
First 15 minutes: Kids come in (sometimes there is a bit of in/out activity as they get settled)
– free play
– some music/songs that the kids can preform certain actions to
Next 15-20 minutes: Lesson and craft
– go through lesson/lesson activities with kids
– do crafts as applicable
Last 15 minutes: Snacks and cleanup
– snacktime
– post snack-time cleanup
If any time left, free playing/music till kids are picked up.
